Welcome to Rough Country seeds, founded in 2016 born out of a belief that there were underutilized genetics in the corn breeding industry. We started on a mission to breed high yielding corn for our Western Iowa environment. Currently we have continued this goal and expanded into a corn breeding company focused on developing inbreds and hybrids for the much of theUnited States. Our goal is to bring profitable solutions to seed companies, seed breeders, and large farms. We use traditional breeding, genomic selection, and double haploid breeding technology to create our own proprietary inbred corn lines.
